If you choose to take it to the next level, there are two avenues. You may become either a team member or a fighter. Team members train with fighters. They possess a skill set and a passion that advances the sport but choose not to compete. Fighters, on the other hand, train with the intent to compete in either amateur or professional fights. Both team members and fighters commit to live a healthy lifestyle that promotes intense training and recovery. Requirements include: coaches recommendation, attendance of 3 or more structured skills classes per week plus fight team training.
